We’ll kick things off with a quick call to learn about your goals, training history, lifestyle, and how running fits into your world.

 

Commitemment

Training takes time. That’s why I ask for a 3-month commitment upfront—it gives us space to build fitness, adjust the plan, and see results. After that, you can go month-to-month or pay ahead—your call.

Technology

Plans are delivered a  coaching platform called Final Surge. It's easy to use, mobile-friendly, and gives you visibility into your workouts, pacing, and progress.
